Shipments
Overview
The Shipments page provides a centralized view for managing all shipments to your office locations. Track packages, view shipping details, and print labels for cases being sent to your customers.
Access the Shipments page from Customers → Shipments in the main navigation.
Shipments Table
The shipments table displays all shipments with the following information:
Columns
Tracking Number
The tracking identifier for the shipment:
- For integrated carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS): Shows the carrier-provided tracking number
- For local deliveries: Shows "LOCAL DELIVERY"
- For custom shipping: Shows your custom tracking identifier
Cases
Displays the cases included in the shipment:
- Single case: Shows case number (clickable link) and patient name
- Multiple cases: Shows the first case with a dropdown to view all cases and patients in the shipment
Click on any case number to navigate to the case details page.
Shipping Route
The shipping route used for this shipment. Routes determine the carrier, service level, and shipping method. Learn more in Shipping Routes.
Days to Deliver
The estimated number of days until delivery based on the selected service level.
Service Level
The shipping service level (e.g., "2nd Day Air", "Ground", "LOCAL"). This determines the speed and cost of delivery.
Service Provider
The carrier handling the shipment:
- UPS: UPS shipments
- FedEx: FedEx shipments
- USPS: USPS shipments
- LOCAL: Local deliveries handled by your lab
Created At
The date and time when the shipment was created.
Print Label
For shipments using integrated carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), a print icon appears in this column. Click to print the shipping label provided by the carrier.
Local deliveries and custom shipping methods do not have printable labels, as they don't use carrier integrations.
