Return Labels
Overview
Return labels are prepaid shipping labels that allow Offices to send back packages to Labs. This can be done using either the Lab Portal or the Client Portal.
Creating a Return Label
Find the return label page for the Lab Portal by hovering on "Clients" and then selecting "Return Labels". For the Client Portal, click the "Returns" link in the top navigation bar.
Once on the return label page, click on the "Create Return Label" button and specify the doctor-office pair that the return label is for.
Enabling and Disabling Return Labels
To enable return labels, you first will need to have a shipping integration enabled like UPS or Fedex. Then you'll have to go to Admin -> Settings -> Shipping -> Return Labels and select a default service level and service provider for the return labels.
To disable return labels, you can go to Admin -> Settings -> Shipping -> Return Labels and disable the "Enable return labels" switch.
Managing Return Labels
After creating a return label, you can:
- Track Shipment Status: View current shipment status
- Print Shipping Label: Print a shipping label for the shipment
