Overview

Right now, Pilot supports just OneDrive as a file storage provider.

To start using OneDrive, navigate to the integration page by going to Admin -> Settings -> Integrations -> One Drive. After connecting your OneDrive account with your Microsoft account, you can specify the folder path from which scans will be uploaded to and also the naming format.

The folder path is relative to the root of your OneDrive account. Use forward slashes (/) to separate folders in the path.

Our naming format allows for variables, which you can use by wrapping the variable in {{}}, so to get the case number, you can do {{caseNumber}}.

All available variables are:

  • caseNumber
  • patientName
  • casePan
  • doctorName
  • officeName
  • scannerOrderNumber
  • scannerName
  • scannerPortalName (iTero, 3Shape, Medit)
