Pricelists
Overview
A price list is a collection of product prices that can be assigned to a specific doctor-office pair. This feature allows you to manage different pricing strategies for different doctors or offices, enabling flexible pricing models based on customer relationships, volume agreements, or geographic considerations.
Creating a Price List
To create a new price list, navigate to Admin → Settings → Product Price Lists section and follow the configuration process.
Purpose and Functionality
Price lists enable you to establish customized pricing for different customer relationships. When a doctor-office pair is assigned to a specific price list, all products for that customer will use the pricing defined in that price list. This system supports multiple pricing tiers and allows you to maintain different rates for different customers while using the same underlying product catalog.
Integration with Case Management
Price lists are automatically applied during case creation. When you add products to a case, Pilot uses the price list assigned to the doctor-office pair to determine the appropriate product rates. If a product does not have a price set on the assigned price list, that product will not be available for selection during case creation.
